Ich kann euch sagen, diese gefüllten Zucchini's sind der Hit für Abend's. Sie enthalten viel Eiweiß, was das Fett im Körper über Nacht schmelzen lässt und haben Balaststoffe sowie gesunde Kohlenhydrate.
Mein persönlicher Favoriten-Füllung-Mix besteht aus Kichererbsen, Kidney Bohnen, Mais, gehackten Tomaten mit Basilikum, Feta-Käse und Party Garnelen. Das ganze mit Knoblauch, Olivenöl und Pfeffer/Salz abschmecken.

Temperatur beim Ofen stelle ich auf 200*C Umluft mit Grillfunktion und 25 Minuten Backzeit.

I can tell you, these stuffed courgettes are a hit for evenings. They contain a lot of protein, which melts the fat in the body overnight and have fiber and healthy carbohydrates.
My personal favorite stuffing mix consists of chickpeas, kidney beans, corn, chopped tomatoes with basil, feta cheese and party shrimp. Flavour with garlic, olive oil and pepper/salt.
