Cooking with @fat-elvis - the underrated ramen
Hi foodies.
Ramen noodles.
The dirty little secret of the foodie. Wether you're a hipster blogger discussing whether Chef Ramsey or Chef Puck makes a better bechamel, or even Chef Puck himself.
Everyone needs a bit of ramen in their life.
So I made a bowl tonight.
Started with sliced beef and green onion and pickled garlic in a soup bowl.
Then cooked up the noodles. 2 cups of water, then contrary to the instructions, I add the soup base to the noodles while they cook, not the bowl.
Then combine. This package came with a little flavour oil, that I added on top, along with thyme and parsley.

have you tried indomie? The famous instant noodle from Indonesia, its all over Canada, Walmart, Wholesale, etc
give it a try maybe you would like it too :) Get the friend noodle one, yum!
I have tried So many kinds lol. Yes the indomie are good. Nongshin I think are my favorite. Maybe Maggi is, but they're all great. The Korean ones are usually about as good as they get.
