Cooking with @fat-elvis - squash noodles
Hi all, it's a simple dinner for me tonight. But simple doesn't have to mean boring.
Butternut squash spiralized with a simple store bought red sauce.
And paired with a nice Scottish beer.
If you don't have a veggie spiralizer, I would recommend it. It make vegan cooking more exciting and interesting.

Your kids would love it! You could even get them involved with spiralizing! Its fun and healthy. Zucchini is great, beets even better!
