Mango cake - Torta de mango
Recipe easy to make and very delicious.
Ingredients:
- 350 grams of wheat flour.
- 4 eggs
- 3 handles
- 250 milliliters of oil
- 200 grams of sugar
- 100 grams of sugar (for candy)
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- vanilla
In the mold place the sugar over high heat until it begins to caramelize and reserve.
We beat the eggs with the sugar then add the oil. We add the vanilla to taste.
Add the flour little by little after the dough is poured into the previously caramelized mold.
We bake at 180 degrees for one hour.
We unmold, decorate to our liking and enjoy.

Ingredientes:
- 350 gramos de harina de trigo.
- 4 huevos
- 3 mangos
- 250 mililitros de aceite
- 200 gramos de azucar
- 100 gramos de azucar (para el caramelo)
- 1 cucharada de polvo de hornear
- vainilla
En el molde colocamos el azucar a fuego alto hasta que empiece a caramelizar y reservamos.
Batimos los huevos con el azucar luego agregamos el aceite. Añadimos la vainilla a gusto.
Agregamos la harina poco a poco luego que esta la masa la vertemos en el molde previamente caramelizado.
Horneamos a 180 grados por una hora.
Desmoldamos, decoramos a nuestro gusto y disfrutamos.
