This is a really great recipe--loved by all the Eden Knights. We love it as much as we loved mashed potatoes, which is to say a LOT! How about a carrot puree made separately then swirled in the cauliflower at the last minute. That would be a beautiful, sweet and healthful addition to this dish.. Ooooo the possibilities!!
