Noodles is a staple food in a typical Nigerian home (especially where there are growing kids) and across Africa generally. It is easy to cook and delicious 😋 in taste especially with the right condiments.

Noodles are made from unleavened dough which is stretched, extruded, or rolled flat and cut into one of a variety of shapes.

People have expressed concerns about how healthy it is to eat noodles because it is

A common belief that instant noodles could lead to obesity and bowel issues.

To address this concern, i came up with this healthy recipe which i tried out this morning and it was super yummy 😋

Ingredients for healthy-yummy noodles 😋😋

• Noodles 🍝
• Pepper 🌶
• Cray fish
• Carrot 🥕
• Green peas
• Sweet corn 🌽
• Vegetable oil
• Seasoning
• Onion

Procedure

Have your carrot, green peas and sweet corn ready

Add your noodles 🍝 into a boiling water and leave to boil for 1-2minutes

Add your choice pepper 🌶. I used ground pepper but you could slice in some red fresh pepper

Cray fish has a unique taste it adds to meals. I'm not so comfortable seeing cray fish in my meals but i love the taste. I found a way around it which is to blend it first. So, if you're trying out this yummy noodles recipe for children who might not want to see cray fish in their meals just like me 🙈🙈, do well to blend it.

Add seasoning to taste

Oh yeah 💃💃💃! Something delicious is cooking 🍳

Slice onions into it and for a super effect, grate the onions before adding it.

Add a little vegetable oil to further spice it up.

Viola! Healthy-Yummy noodles now ready💃💃

Top it up with boiled/fried eggs, chicken 🍗 ,turkey or beef.

Sipping your choice beverage alongside isn't a bad idea 😋😋
