Verdaderamente deliciosos los dos, en mi país no se consigue el pavo, el ave de mayor consumo es el pollo, @etcmike
Chicken is very good. I picked up some marinated skinless chicken breasts from the local butcher on Friday. I plan to have chicken this week then turkey this weekend. I am trying to maintain a healthy diet. It is easier to do when there are delicious dishes you can make with healthy foods.
Have a great week!

If I may choose one, I prefer the "Skinless Turkey Breast" look more smooth texture of the meat, and look more delicious... 😋👍
Skinless Turkey Breast gets my vote too. I substitute skinless turky breast for skinless chicken breast when I make Tandoori Chicken Tikka, I call it Tandoori Turkey Tikka (TTT).
Have a great week!
