TUNA PATÈ
Ingredients for about 4 serving:
185 g tuna in oil drained
80 g unsalted butter soft
1/2 lemon zest
1/2 lemon juice
-Mix all the ingredients in a food processor for few minutes
-Taste and modify the season as you like with salt, pepper, lemon, anchovies or paprika.
Everything you wish you can add to it.
-Serve with celery sticks, bread or crackers.
Dairy free? Just replace the butter with Avocado
