Quick and Easy but Tasty Fillings for Sandwich Lovers - Part 6 - Fillings with Fish as the Main Ingredient

What with 22 ideas to use fish as sandwich fillings, this is going to be quite a fishy post, but without any bad smells, just good tasty fillings.
It is also the second last post in the Quick and Easy but Tasty Fillings for Sandwich Lovers series, so get yourself a cup of coffee or tea or whatever you like to drink while you are here on Steemit and let's get started.

Sandwich Fillings with Fish
- Cooked flaked fish, drained, grated cucumber, mayonnaise to moisten, salt and pepper to taste.
- 250 ml cooked flaked fish, 30ml salad dressing, 5 ml finely chopped onion, salt and pepper to taste
- 125ml cooked or steamed flaked fish, third cup ketchup, 12,5ml fresh chopped herbs (mint, parsley, etc.), 150ml grated Cheddar cheese, 1 chopped tomato, salt and pepper to taste
- Use flaked cooked fish or shrimp moistened with mayonnaise, add chopped celery, green pepper, cucumbers, radishes and chives as desired. Heap on bread slices spread with cream cheese.
- Cooked or canned fish, 1 hard-boiled egg (chopped), 1 teaspoon finely chopped gherkin, grated cheese, salad dressing to moisten.
- Cooked flaked smoked haddock, chopped hard-boiled eggs, grated cheese, bind with flavoured white sauce.
- Chopped anchovy with flavoured cream cheese

- 1 tin sardines, mashed, 30 ml finely chopped gherkins, 15ml lemon juice 15 ml, 5 ml soft butter or margarine, salt and pepper
- 1 tin sardines, mashed, 50-100ml finely chopped cucumber, 7 ml lemon juice, salt and pepper
- 1 tin sardines, mashed, drained and chopped, 1 small grated onion, 1 grated, hard-boiled egg, salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tin sardines, mashed, drained and chopped, 50ml grated mature Cheddar cheese, 1 small grated onion, 15ml mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce to taste.
- 1 tin sardines, mashed, drained and chopped, 1 mashed avocado, 10 ml lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce or Tobasco sauce, salt and pepper to taste.
- 425g can pilchards in tomato sauce, drained and flaked (retain the sauce), 250g smooth cottage cheese, 25ml chives, chopped, 25ml parsley, chopped, 15ml sherry, 25ml lemon juice

- 1 can tuna or salmon, drained, finely chopped or grated onion, finely chopped sweet green pepper, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste, bind with cream cheese.
- Tuna, chopped red pepper, 1 onion, chopped, 12,5 ml chopped capers, prepared mustard, lemon juice, avocado slices and shredded lettuce
- Tuna in brine, drained and mixed with natural yogurt, a little sweetcorn, chopped tomatoes and spring onions.
- Mix 200 ml curried fish, 50 ml minced radishes , 25 ml tomato chutney, 3ml prepared mustard , 25 ml salad dressing and salt to taste.
- Mix 250 ml crushed shrimp, 3ml Bovril , 5 ml chopped parsley, 100 ml cream cheese, salt and pepper to taste
- Mix 2x 125g cans of crab meat, 50ml mayonnaise, 1 chopped green pepper, 10ml chopped chives or spring onion tops, finely chopped parsley, spread on bread and top with hard-boiled egg and cucumber slices.
- Prawns mixed with no-fat dressing, top with shredded lettuce and chopped chives.
