Fish cake.
Friends greetings @elosolezama, in this week especially especially for Good Friday, it is customary to prepare a fish cake, so I want to share with you. a very practical recipe:

Ingredients: Eggs, Mayonnaise, Salt, Soda, Wheat Flour, Potatoes, Onion, Chopped Fish and Sour Cream.
preparation:
- Mix the beaten eggs with the mayonnaise and the sour cream.
- Add salt, soda, flour, and mix well.
- The onion is finely chopped.
- The potato is cut small.
- Cover the baking dish with parchment paper, pour half of the dough into it, put a layer of potatoes and onions. Immediately place the chopped fish and pour the remaining dough.
- Place the tray in the oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
You can consume the fish cake both cold and hot.
