The delicious halogen soybeans (Original for Steemit) 酱黄豆

Today, I do food is halogen soybeans, to go to Japan or South Korean restaurant, often can see all kinds of side dishes, pickles, which I particularly like soy sauce, in fact, very easy to practice,
Need to use the ingredients:

Soybeans, Guizhou Lao Fang sugar (with Gan Shu Aozhi old brown sugar), soy sauce, dried chilli


soybeans soaked with cold water for more than 12 hours, bubble hair to 2 times the size of soybeans after the bubble will become much larger


All ingredients into the pot, add a small amount of water, turn on a small fire fire boil for 1 hour


Cooked soybeans on the cold so thoroughly cooked, you can eat

今天我做的还是一道小菜,去日本料理或者韩国餐厅,经常能看到各式各样的小菜,泡菜,其中酱黄豆我特别喜欢,其实做法很容易.
需要用到的食材:
黄豆,贵州老方糖(用甘庶熬制的老红糖),酱油,生抽,干辣椒

  1. 黄豆用凉水浸泡12小时以上,泡发至2倍大小,泡发后黄豆会变大很多,
  2. 所有食材放入锅中,加入少量的水,大火烧开转小火开盖煮一小时
  3. 煮好酱黄豆就等凉透,就可以吃了
    这道小菜的做法,很简单,有兴趣的朋友可以学习一下
