The Big Myth of Black Chocolate
Black chocolate is not better than milk and both have sugar and processed fat, black is more calorie because it is more slim. Chocolate is nutritious if it is from raw cocoa, raw cocoa butter and honey, but such chocolate is not sold, made home 🙂 If you are going to eat chocolate chocolate - eat your favorite
Or do yourself:
2 tablespoons Cocoa
1/2 tablespoon Copper
20 g cocoa butter (also with cow's butter).
Add 1 handful of crushed nuts
Form the beads. Can you roll into coconut and / or cinnamon - variations a lot ... To be sweet!
