Frozen Watermelon / スイカバーより美味しいかもしれない
Do you like watermelon?
I LOVE watermelon and this is how I eat my watermelon nowadays.
Well, you can’t see it very well on the photo but it’s frozen.
Yes, frozen watermelon is a great snack for the summer.
It’s sweet and cold and so refreshing!
I cut my watermelon slimmer than when you eat it unfrozen with skin on today.
I should have made it on popsicle sticks...it’s cold to hold it with hands haha.
Cutting it into small bite size cubes works as well.

私はスイカ大大大好きです。
下の写真ではよく分からないのですが、最近はスイカを凍らせていただきます。
冷たくて甘くて、でも甘すぎず…凍らせただけなのに、とっても爽やかかな夏のおやつに変身します。
今日のスイカは、皮をつけたまま普通に食べる時より細く薄く切りましたが、小さめの一口サイズのキューブに切ってもいいですよ。
アイスの棒があればなお良しです。
これを手で持っていただくには、ちょっと冷たい〜笑
このところマーケットですいかがで始めたので早速試してみます😊

I have never heard of freezing watermelon but it sounds refreshing. Hope you didn't get a brain freeze. : )
It’s been very hot here for last couple of days...I don’t mind a brain freeze or two if I can cool down a little and forget about many mosquito bites 😭
Hey! You have something rich and natural there dear Djynn! I can see a little ice crystals that form on the edges. That is a great way to counteract the horrible heat. I will take note for next summer.
