Fugu puffer fish
We ate the Fugu (puffer fish) when we were in Tokyo. It is poisonous if cooked incorrectly. Japan seems the place to try this fish as Japanese Chefs are very skilled at seafood

It's quite expensive to eat Fugu, but a good and daring experience. Taste is ok. Need to try when you are in Japan.

I've had the fin of the puffer fish in a cocktail once at a restaurant. It was weird and amazing, it actual numbs your throat slightly.
