Hello. Good day everyone.
Spinach is a source of iron, vitamin K, A, C and E, it is considered a valuable food product and is often used for cooking and a variety of delicious dishes. It is used as a dietary and baby food, it improves digestion, activity of the pancreas and salivary glands. Today we'll prepare a beautiful, light soup with spinach, which not only delight your taste your whole family, but also give them all their beneficial properties!
Ingredients:
- spinach - 400 g
- potatos - 4 pcs.
- onions - 1 pc.
- Chicken broth - 1.5 l
- salt
- ground black pepper
- Provence herbs
- cream - 100-150 ml
- olive oil - 2-3 tbs
- butter - 20 g
1. Put the chicken breast in a saucepan with thyme, bay leaf, salt and pepper. Pour water and cook for 15-20 minutes over low heat under the lid, constantly removing the resulting foam.
2. In the meantime, in olive oil, brown onion and garlic. Add the defrosted spinach and simmer for about 5 minutes.
3. Remove the chicken breast, put the diced potatoes into the broth and cook until ready.
4. Spinach into a saucepan with broth and potatoes, cook for another 5-10 minutes. Take out the bay leaf.
5. Pour the soup into a blender and grind it to a puree state. Return the soup to a saucepan, pour a glass of cream and warm (do not boil !!!).
