-Lenticchie a piacere
-Una cipolla
-Una pentola
-Sedano e carota.
-Concentrato di pomodoro o passata.

Procedimento

ENG

At the risk of sounding like a "journalist" of Vice who ascends from his royal bench to impart his greatest knowledge to the ignorant, today I want to speak about things that I learned by living far from home, a place where Mommy cannot access and therefore you have to cook for yourself.
So I decided to start this very useful section where I will share with you some of the most indispensable and tasty recipes to apply to a life as a transfer student ...

There are two fundamental cornerstones in this branch of kitchen, namely:

  1. ingredients must be cheap
  2. dishes must be nutritious
  3. ingredients must be cheap.
  4. They must be cooked on their own
  5. ingredients must be cheap

Since I'm next to the pot, let's move on to the first two recipes: Lentils and chickpeas.

I know that many do not like them and I do not recommend them to those who suffer from meteorism, but lentils are among the most nutritious legumes in circulation, because they are very protein and can make up for a meat meal.
Furthermore, if well done they are tasty and inexpensive; A 500gr package costs 2/3/4 € and you cook about 5/6 dishes.

Lentils

-Lentils as you like
-An onion
-A pot
-Celery and carrot.
-Tomato concentrate or puree.

Procedure

Put everything in the pot with water and cook over low heat until soft when you taste them.
Spending per dish: 2-3 €

Chickpeas

-Chickpeas
-Onion

yes here we go from legume to legume, but the chickpeas are also protein, like a lot.
They contain about 19.3 grams of protein in 100 grams.

Procedure

To prepare chickpeas it is even simpler.
Soak the chickpeas overnight. Then put them in the pot with onion, the undisputed queen of poor dishes and water. Until they are soft. Nothing happens if you make them go so much, the important thing is that the water does not run out.
As with lentils (I forgot), you can add pasta, which certainly makes it heavier but when you are hungry, you are hungry.

And so ends this first date, I want you to be hungry and poor for the next recipes for transfer students.
