Ingredients:

  • rice,
  • broccoli,
  • carrots,
  • mushrooms,
  • pointed cabbage,
  • paprika,
  • cocumber,
  • potatoes,
  • tomatos,
  • eggs,
  • spices: salt, pepper, curry, soja sauce,
  • also: coconut milk, vinegar, chives and parsley, chilli, ginger,- garlic and onion for 2 dishes.
1. Wash and peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices. Also prepare some garlic and onion. Put it in a bowl and let it rest while you wash and cut the other ingredients.

1.You can also cut it into thin slices or bricks if you'd like.

  1. Wash the rice until the water from it is a little clearer and less murky. Leave a difference of 2,5-3 cm between water and the rice level in the pot. Bring the rice to boil. you can also add some salt in it if you'd like
    Important: Don't take off the lid of the rice pot EVER. Only lower the heat from maximun while boiling to minnimum after it has boiled and let it rest.

3. Get 1-2 pans heated and oiled and start to fry the potatoes and then the broccoli, carrots and mushrooms in another pan. Feel free to add (especially to the potatoes) onion, garlic and ginger.

  1. Add salt and pepper to both. Let the potatoes get crunchy and after a few min add soj sauce and curry to the broccoli mixsture in pan 2. Let it soak in and add in a little bit of water to the broccoli only so that the ground of the pan is barely covered.But you can also just fill in the coconut milk to an extend you'd like and add about 1-3 tablespoons of curry and chilli. After a few min. put the dishes into serving bowls.
5. Wash out the pans a little bit and heat them again to fry the washed and cut pointed cabbage. After 10-15 min add the paprika and let it cook for a while. Add spices (salt, pepper, chilli,) and a shot of vinegar + a little water to make a sauce.

6. Cut tomatoes and quirl the eggs. First make scramled eggs, add spices and chives to it and let it rest in a bowl when ready. Then fry the tomatoed, add soj sauce and water and make a sauce. Lower the heat and put the scrambled egg inside and let it mix up.
