Try and do as much as you can. Also keep the brain active by reading or doing something challenging as the brain starts to get lazy etc. Look after yourself and meet people
I am also retired and this is exactly what I would say to retiring people. Secondly, it is not good to live lonely unless you are an artist who needs loneliness for productivity. Enjoy reading, listening to music and do whatever brings happiness to you.
