Wheat
We used to dry wheat and make wheat flour for preparing bread, chappathi etc. By doing so we can trust the wheat flour is safe to eat. Multi national companies advertises the greatness about their products but recent studies shows that they are adding chemicals for making it last even after the expiry date.
