Beef with pineapple.
Last time I was drawn to the Asian food.
New recipe.
Ingredients:
Beef - 500g
Canned pineapples - Bank 1
Pepper sladkiy- 2
1 large onion
Soy sous- to taste
Flour- 1 tablespoon
Egg - 1
Tomato paste- 1 tablespoon
Cooking:
Beef cut into pieces and mainuem in flour and egg. Fried in oil.
Separately, fry the onions and peppers.
Mix together beef.
After 10 minutes, add a mixture of pineapple juice from the jar, soy sauce and tomato paste.
After 20 minutes, add the pineapple slices and simmer until cooked meat.
I prefer the dish with pasta
