Ulog #105: Mushroom & Egg Custom Burger - Secret Menu

Every now and then there is a customer that we get that's really ambitious and most of all, really hungry!

Would you believe it that a dainty lady ordered this? Well yes. It seems the girls, when hungry, go really nuts on their burger add-ons.

We have a secret menu on the food truck which we don't display on our regular menu. One of those burgers is a mushroom and egg burger that we serve with our special spicy garlic aioli sauce.

This one that was order however was a regular cheeseburger but she wanted to add on a fried egg (free range eggs) and some mushrooms.

This burger is about 5 inch in height and you'll have to do the burger press to get this in one bite. It looked so good we had to take pic of it and get it on our offial social media channels.

I'm always happy when there are customers that do these kind of custom burgers. I get to cook some other stuff and make them into a burger than just the regular burgers I normally do. It gives me a little break from the routine.

Also it get's the other fans of our food truck a little excited and wanting to give these fan made custom burgers a shot as well.

There's one we had last week that we got through our local delivery e-hailing service that took us awhile to assemble. It was a cheeseburger with add-ons of an extra beef patty, an extra chicken patty, an extra slice of cheese, beef bacon, and a fried egg. That was really a wild one.
