A healthy shopping list 🍏🍓🥑🛒
Here are a few simple rules to keep in mind when shopping.
- Do not go shopping when you are hungry - you will be tempted to buy junk food
- Before going to shopping, it's a good idea to make a list of everything we need, depending on what we plan to cook
- Before going to the store, check out what products are already at home
- Reading labels is the most important point, attention is drawn to:
- the date of manufacture and the expiry date
-Evaluation value: Calories (kcal) are typically shown for 100 g of product or per serving. - the amount of simple and complex carbohydrates
-the quantity and quality of fats in a food: unsaturated (good fats) can reach 50 g / day if there are no intake restrictions, saturated (bad fats) must not exceed the daily 20 g standard, and trans fats those derived from partially hydrogenated fats, should be excluded from food.
-Sodium content: Daily consumption of no more than 5 grams of salt
