TODAY'S TOPIC IS MANGO
Mango is a creampie and delicious fruit in many fruits during the summer. Bangladesh and India are widely cultivated in Asia between the continent of Asia.There are about 35 species of mango in the world.
For example: - Langara, Gopalbhog, Khirsa, Aruna, Amrapali, Mallika, Subarnarekha, Egypti, Anilbari, Kalivog, Kanchamitha, Alfonso, Baromassi, Totapuri, Karaabu, Kauoi Sawai, Gopal Khas, Kent, Surya Puri, Pahutan, Triphala, Haribhanga etc. The mango fruit contains green color and reddish color.
Nutrition and Goodness
Mango have lots of vitamin A or carotene, vitamin C, minerals and calories. Mango space on the side of vitamin A is almost all the fruits of the earth. So I am called the king of fruit.
Use
Along with eating as well as eating fruits, mangoes can be eaten and preserved by making chutney, pickle, marmalade, jam, jelly and juice.
