Here in ormoc, you'll find these lechon vendors in front of Ormoc City Public Market Building 4. You can now have lechon whenever you want. Good thing, they have it sold per kilo. You don't really have to buy a whole lechon and spend that much. It's better to buy it in the morning while it's still hot and crispy, for your outing perhaps. If you have it in the afternoon, you can bring it home for the family. You can just heat it in the oven or have it lechon paksiw. To make lechon paksiw: you just have to place it in a pot, put some soy sauce, vinegar, spices and seasonings, according to your preference, and herbs if you want. Then simmer.

There's nothing wrong if you give in to this tasty lechon. Just have it in moderation. Give in but not too much. Health is wealth! :-)
