Kid Approved Gluten Free Dish

in #food7 years ago

So anyone ever want to get your kid, or any kid you know, to eat healthy? Let's just say it is not the easiest job. Well, my sister is quite picky so I had to try and find creative ways to introduce healthier food to her. Food that she would like. This is one of the foods she likes and it is gluten free chicken by Tyson.

Yes it wasn't the healthiest thing for her to try, but the trick with kids is to get them trying stuff they can easily see as yummy. Below is a picture of a plate of her chicken!

Introduce foods that taste good so you can keep introducing them to healthy foods.Basically so they don't fear healthy foods. Then you can introduce more stuff like broccoli and salad. That is how I got my sister eating healthier, and she is a teenager, so that was not easy! I am not a nutritionist, this is just a tip that I have found to work. You should talk to your doctor/nutritionist for a professional opinion.

How do you get your kids to eat healthy foods? Let me know in the comments!

Ahh Nice post! ..I will write about something very similar but it's going to be vegetarian..lol!

cool :) Looking forward to it!

I remember when the list of ingredients in the package was longer than the list of ingredients not  in the package – but I’m old!

Good advice in your post. Thanks.

Hope the advice helped!

The best person you can talk to is a dietitian. A nutritionist is kind of like the wild west they not actually medically qualified where as a dietitian is.Nutritionists use a lot of bad science logic. For example, vitamin C can prevent flu so eat loads of vitamin C . Incorrect your body can only handle so much , if you have to much it will be pissed out. However considering the US health care system you would probably have to sell your house to talk to a dietitian. Sorry to bust your balls steam on !!!

LOL you couldn't helpself huh? :D

I can see someone loves food! ))
