It is so long since i had carbonara. I still remember the first time I as introduced to it back in 1996 by a friend. I was hooked and that one was a frozen meal, obviously the fresh is better. Thank you for this recipe I will have to try it, best thing is its only me who likes pasta in the house all the more for me.
