Want mexican food but not tacos? Try this delicious Mexican Lasagna

Ingredients

Hamburger meat
Large can of cream of chicken soup
Can of original rotel
Taco seasoning
Nacho cheese Doritos
Shredded cheddar cheese

Brown hamburger meat, drain grease, season with taco seasoning

Add rotel and cream of chicken soup to hamburger and mix together


Crush Doritos and place in pan


Add hamburger mixture on top of Doritos , top with cheddar cheese


Bake in oven at 350 until cheese is melted


Enjoy!
