I have some fresh frozen cod in my freezer.....I think I'm going to make this. It looks so good. Anything with garlic count me in!

I think the potato punching would be a good way to release frustration!! lol.

    This dish was really delicious, and garlic with olive oil is pure magic to taste!! :)

    Be aware to not crush the potatoes until puree ;)
