Coconut rice: A delicious African #13
You might not be able to make it out of Mozambique without getting served coconut rice, but just in case you don’t get it wherever you happen to be, you need to find a way to try it. The rice is usually fluffy basmati and is made with coconut milk (and sometimes some toasted coconut). It’s the perfect compliment to cool down the spicy dishes the country is known for.

You're welcome! :) So you just add some coconut milk (full fat) before the rice is done? :)
you can do that : Combine rice, coconut cream, sugar, salt, and 2 cups water in a medium saucepan. Bring just to a boil, stirring to dissolve sugar, then cover and reduce heat to low.

I just made some coconut rice recently with coconut milk, it turned out quite well and was very delicious.
