I love cheesecake!
This is the fastest dessert made. When I get unexpectedly guests, this cheesecake saved me.

    Cheesecake recipe

    • 300 gr biscuits
    • 80 gr corse nut
    • 170 gr butter

    Cheese cream:

    • 500 gr cheese cream
    • 250 ml whipped cream
    • 80 gr powdered sugar

    Chocolate cream:

    • 100 gr black chocolate
    • 100 ml whipped cream
    • 250 gr mascarpone

    Best part about cheesecake is the berries on top. Love the presentation and added slices of lime for the green colour.

          A huge fans of cheesecake and chocolate! I see lots of calories but sometimes pampering is necessary! Hehe
