After doing some extensive research, just gotta be careful about carb consumption. Even healthy foods you can eat too much of and gain weight. You still collect the health benefits, bit usually eating healthy the goal is somewhat body image as well. Eat less starchy vegetables and more green. Fruit go for berries over the others

The rule is - if is green you can eat until overeating.
