I eat this dish nearly everyday when I am in Thailand! looks like you use a papaya salad peeler? or do you hold the papaya and and slice it with a cleaver, like they do on the street? That always scares me to watch! Great post!
Haha, I used special peeler to slice papaya and carrot, I have never used cleaver because I am scared of it! Thank you for your comment @chefsteve ;)
