Feeling Cold? Get my own version of EGG DROP SOUP now.

This past few weeks, there is no sun that warms my body, it's just full weeks of rain, dark clouds, cold breeze that fills your toes and makes you shiver! So, i decided to make a soup that can warm me and make me feel cozy. I created my very own easy, cheap and delicious egg drop soup.

Ingredients:
1 small cabbage
1 small red onion
4-5 cloves of garlic
2-4 pcs of Skinless Longganisa
8 pcs of Kikiam
2 eggs (you may include the yolk or not it's your choice)
1 small can (154ml) Alaska Evap
Salt, Pepper to taste or you may use your favorite condiment for the taste.

Instructions on How to prepare:

  1. Cut the half of the cabbage into small parts. It depends on how you would like your cabbage to look.

  4. Cut the kikiam

  5. Fry the Skinless Longganisa and Kikiam, Pre-Cook.

  6. Cut the Skinless Longganisa

Now, we have to cook them. Let's do it.

  1. Saute Garlic and Onion

  1. Add the Kikiam and Skinless Longganisa and add a little bit of fish sauce for a good taste and aroma

  2. Add water just to cover the ingredients and let it simmer

  3. When it already simmer, put the beaten eggs now gently. You may use the white of the eggs only or you may add the yolk and gently spread it in the boiling water.

  4. Add the cabbage, Add salt and pepper to taste, add milk to your wanted taste. And let it simmer for 3 to 5 mins. And you are done!
