We eat mostly vegan with the exception of eggs, cheese and occasional fish. We have been eating this way since December and feel healthier. We have lost a significant amount of weight and have reduced the need for medications. So all in all, I'd say it is the way to go.
That's great, thanks for sharing. The research I did talk slot about people feeling healthier and coming off medication and feeling better for it. So it's good to hear you've experienced that. Thank you 😀
