I have never eaten a kebab! I think I am missing out on something really delicious. It looks like there are spices on the meat when you fry it up. What types of spices do you use and what type of meat?

You should really do :-) and eat soon one. Classic meat is from mutton. In Germany you can get often beef or chicken. I cheated a bit and buyed some pork., unfortunately I don’t know the spices mix. It’s a secret from the local butcher 😀
