🍲🍣🍜 Delicacy diary of Catwoman Teresa #9: Perfume Dance Cafe (1) 👑🎀🎭

Dear Steemians, follow me to visit a beautiful European style restaurant, named 「Perfume Dance Cafe」.
The cafe is on the 9th floor of Big Mega Mall in Banqiao, Taiwan.

There are a variety of gorgeous masks at the entrance, you can try anyone you like to take photos. I think they provide not only the masks but the beautiful imagination of attending Masquerade

Because the restaurant is in the mall, you will enjoy your meal in a tall open space, it's quite different from the normal restaurants. The decoration of this open space is full of mystery and temptation.
Look! What a large European style space. It's really a great pleasure to eat here.
When we first came here, there is plenty of light came in outside of the glass curtain windows. The bright and clean dining environment made me feel fully pleasant.

The murals with vivid colors and the colorful hot air balloons make the European style Plaza more lively.

When the night falls, the lights on the wall reflect the European architecture to be romantic and charming that presents a completely different view.

There is also a fake channel around half a square, long tail boats and the boatmen are supposed to simulate the Venice view. I ask my husband to take pictures for me. He is reluctant because he thinks the dummy is so ugly. Haha！

In fact, I think this fake River and boatman are quite eye-catching which create a special atmosphere. If you have never been to Venice, you can come here to imagine the Venice scenery.

The rattan chair looks very warm and casual in the romantic European environment.

Seats are mostly for two people and four people. Apparently, the main customer layer locked in dating lovers, or a couple of friends to drink coffee and chat together.

The main meal in this restaurant is mainly western style meals. There are many kinds of cuisine including Italian style, American style and so on。

Set meal for two including main meal, soup, dessert and drink which is a quite reasonable cost. It's perfect for a couple to share this combo.
You can upgrade for the single set. Add NT$80 for soup and drink and NT$120 for soup, drink, and dessert.

The most famous dessert of 「Perfume Dance」is Honey Toast. You can get a small size Honey Toast for the NT$120 upgrade.

The drink is great so so that it is worth to upgrade the drink, too.

Rost Pork Ribs NT$290

In the western style dishes, the pork ribs are not too easy to make mistakes. The pork ribs are rich in fat, so they can be roasted as soft and juicy. As long as the sauce is on a certain level, it usually tastes good. The Ribs in 「Perfume Dane」 is definitely delicious!
The dinner set looks amazing.
Two croissants, one sliced boiling egg, salad, and baked potato are on the side. Although the salad is so small, it still looks pretty rich for one meal than I usually see. I think it's enough for a man with a good appetite.

Cream Bacon Mentaiko Spaghetti NT$260

The spaghetti was very popular on that day. First of all, it is very creative for the plate decoration. The bacon is rolled as a flower which looks pleasant. The red and green asparagus and tomato are not only rich in color but also satisfying my taste.

There are plenty of Mentaiko in the dish which adds the richness of layer with a springy texture.

The cream's consistency is just fine, not too strong or greasy. The bacon is crispy and smells good.

Pesto Shrimp Risotto NT$260

Although this stewed rice is not as popular as the pasta with Mentaiko, the plump shrimp are still quite enjoyable. The taste of pesto is considered moderate.

The shrimp is elastic and within acceptable freshness.

White Cream Sauce Fish Risotto NT$260

This Risotto is not bad. Although the rice is stewed softly, you can still eat the rice slightly. But the taste of white sauce is a bit pale and the aroma is also slightly inadequate。
The fish is not fried very crispy, but not too bad.

The main level of Perfume Dance is good, and the price is quite cheap
The dining environment is impeccable. The open space with thoughtful arrangement pulls up the level a lot. It can be regarded as a very worthy restaurant at such an environment and the level of food.
The desserts and drink are the best part of 「Perfume Dance」.
