Delicacy diary of Catwoman Teresa #22: Dozo Izakaya Dining Pub (3) 貓女貪吃日記＃22: Dozo 創意和食居酒屋（三）

My dear Steemit friends, today I will continue to introduce Dozo Izakaya Dining Pub. It's on Guangfu S. Rd. If you take MRT, you can walk from exit 3 of the Sun Yat-Sen Memorial Hall Station for just 3 to 5 minutes. If you drive, there will be hundreds of parking spaces in front of CTS TV Building. There are also some private parking lots nearby. However, although there are lots of parking spaces, it is still difficult to find the parking space at the peak time for dinner. If you want to drive, it is better to leave more time to find the parking space.
The wooden strips and stone walls are used to create the stylish feeling of simplicity and sharpness. It's hard to recognize the Japanese restaurant from the outside. It looks more like a high-class nightclub.
I tried to go in and eat before, but I gave up after waiting for an hour. Although I am a foodie, I am not the kind of person who can sacrifice precious time for eating! I will suggest that you must make a reservation first even if you want to eat on that day.
親愛的Steemit朋友們，今天繼續來跟大家介紹Dozo創意和食居酒屋。這間居酒屋位於光復南路上，坐捷運的話從國父紀念館站3號出口走過來只要3~5分鐘，開車的話，華視大樓前面的停車場有上百的車位，附近也有一些私人停車場。只不過，雖然停車位很多，吃飯的顛峰時間車位還是不好找，如果要開車的話，建議還是多留點找車位的時間喔！
建築上採用木條與石頭牆面搭配出簡潔俐落的時尚感，從外觀看不太出是間日本料理餐廳。招牌上火紅的DOZO字樣，沒仔細看會以為是間高級的夜店，挑高的設計感覺很氣派。
之前曾經經過想進去吃，結果因為沒有事先預約，等叫號等了快1個小時都沒等到，就放棄了！我雖然是個吃貨，卻不是那種為了吃可以犧牲寶貴時間的人哪！建議大家，就算是當天臨時想要去吃，也務必要先預約呀！



Looking from the outside, you can feel a mysterious atmosphere, as if it were another world. Several drums can be seen from the floor-to-ceiling windows, making people quite curious!
Look! Even foreigners passing by on Ubike could not help stopping to take pictures.
從外面往裡看，有股神祕的氛圍，彷彿裡面是另一個世界。從落地窗可以看到好幾個大鼓，讓人相當好奇！
瞧！連騎Ubike經過的外國人都忍不住駐足拍照。



As soon as you enter the restaurant, you can see the bar and sushi table. There are many kinds of wine you can order.
Unfortunately, there are no seats in front of the bar and cooking table, otherwise it would be another enjoyment to watch the bartender mix cocktails or the sushi master make sushi.
一進入餐廳，映入眼簾的就是吧台和壽司料理台，料理的過程一目了然。這裏的酒種類好多，看得我眼花撩亂。
可惜吧台及料理台前面沒有設置座位，不然看調酒師調雞尾酒或是看壽司師傅捏壽司的專業手法，應該又是另一種享受。




There is a live Taiko performance on Friday and Saturday evenings. When there are no performances, the drums are set aside and become a special decoration. Showtime is about 8: 00 and 10: 00. You can check with the store when reserving seats.
週五、週六的晚上有現場的太鼓表演，平常沒有表演時，太鼓就擺在一旁，成為特殊的裝飾。表演時間大約是8點和10點兩場，最好預約座位時順便跟店家確認一下表演時間比較保險。





There are several areas including stage box area, long table area, Japanese style box area, and general seating area.
The stage is next to the six-person box area, you may think that the box area should be the best seats to see the performance most clearly. Actually, sitting in this area can only see the back of the performers.
Sitting in front of the stage is the perfect location to enjoy the show with a clear view of the whole performance. Unfortunately, we were arranged in a bit of a distance. Therefore, I was squatting in the aisle in front of the stage in order to film the wonderful show. You can watch the Dlive video I posted before.
這裏的座位分為好幾個區域，有舞台包廂區、長桌區、日式包廂區，還有一般座位區。
表演的舞台在六人包廂區旁邊，可是千萬別以為這個包廂區就在舞台邊應該看得最清楚，錯！坐在這個區域只能看到表演者的背後，坐這裡會捶心肝哪！
坐在舞台前面的位置則是欣賞表演的VIP完美位置，對整個表演一覽無遺，又不會被其他人阻擋。可惜我們第一次來不懂，被安排在有點距離的位置，所以我很厚臉皮的蹲在舞台前的走道，勉強拍下了精彩的表演過程，有興趣的朋友可以去看我之前發表的影片喔！

The atmosphere of the interior is much like a nightclub. The environment is dark, but a lot of colorful lights are used to create a psychedelic atmosphere. Each table has a table lamp, and the lampshade feels like a lantern to create a Japanese-style feeling.
The big plants in the middle of the restaurant are the focus of vision. The branches and leaves of the cherry blossoms show a beautiful posture. The flowers are illuminated by the light, like glistening fireflies, and like starlight all over the sky, create a kind of modern oriental beauty.
It's good to eat, drink, and feel the relax atmosphere with friends.
室內的氣氛打造的很像夜店，環境比較昏暗，卻使用了大量的五彩燈光來營造迷幻綺麗的氣氛。每一桌都有一個桌燈，燈罩感覺像是燈籠，所以雖然有夜店的氣氛，可是燈籠的感覺又有日式的感覺。
餐廳中間的大盆栽是視覺的焦點，櫻花的枝葉呈現美麗的姿態，茂密的花在燈光的照射下，像是晶瑩閃爍的螢火蟲，又像是滿天的星光，有種現代的東方美感。
在這裏享受美食，喝點小酒，有放鬆身心靈的效果，不管是跟三五好友聊天小酌，或是約心儀的追求對象培養感情，都有相得益彰的效果。

From the door to the interior decoration, has a combination of Chinese and Western style, the Japanese Zen style and nightclub relaxed atmosphere blend very well.

從門外到內部的裝潢，一直都是中西合併的風格，將日式的禪意和夜店輕鬆摩登的氣氛融合得非常協調。餐廳名稱叫DOZO創意和式居酒屋，果然連裝潢都突破窠臼，有自己的特色。
