貓女貪吃日記＃8: 德爾芙餐廳~姊妹淘聚會的好地方 Delicacy diary of Catwoman Teresa #7: De reve Cafe

I found an elegant cafe which really surprised me.

It's on the 7th floor of Mega City Mall at Banqiao, Taiwan.

There are some exquisite home furnishing tableware, fragrance and some bedding on 7th floor. It is definitely the mysterious region that a woman will be lost here

It's perfect to drink a cup of coffee and have some desserts when you are tired of walking for shopping.

I didn't reserve when I visited De reve Cafe the first time because I think there should be only a few people here on weekday afternoon.

Unexpectedly, it was full and I was told to wait for half an hour.

I was lucky that I got the seats before my friends arrive.

新板特區是板橋新站附近蠻值得尋寶的區域，很多百貨公司都集中在這裏，不論是要逛街購物，還是享受美食，都可以找到符合需求的好去處。

這天我發現了這個美麗優雅的咖啡廳，著實有點挖到寶的驚喜。

德爾芙在大遠百的7樓，這一層都是一些精緻的家居餐廚用品，還有一些寢具香氛類的櫃位，完全就是女人們會迷失走不出來的神秘區域。

不管是姊妹淘相約逛街，還是自己一個人尋找提升幸福感的家居好物，都很適合來這邊消磨一下午。

逛累了，到德爾芙來杯咖啡，加上美到令人尖叫的甜點，完全就有化身孫芸芸的fu~

第一次來的時候是一個商務會議，只是想在附近隨便找一家咖啡廳，所以並沒有訂位，以為平日的下午不可能有這麼多「閒人」會來喝下午茶。

不料剛好遇到颱風天放假，風雨偏又不大，所以閒人全都出動了。

因為沒有事先做功課，沒想到德爾芙這麼紅火，到的時候完全已經客滿了，預計要等半個小時。

還好我有提早到，而且運氣實在是很不錯，我的朋友來的前5分鐘剛好就有空位了，真的是平常有燒香呀～

德爾芙在樓層的一個角落區域，電梯一出來就可以看到。

You can see the simple and neat interior environment in the doorway.

The name of de reve is from the French "dream" which convey the feeling of hope.

站在門口就可以看到呈現簡潔俐落的黑白色調，第一眼就好感度提升。

德爾芙de reve這個名稱來自法文的「夢想」，是不是給人充滿希望的感覺？

The dessert showcase and towers were very beautiful which totally catched my eyes.

These delicated desserts would be displayed with the Eiffel Tower on your table, so fantastic!

門口的甜點櫃和併排擺放的美麗鐵塔相當吸睛，這些精緻的甜點們會隨著鐵塔一起呈上，好夢幻啊～

The dessert showcase was similar to the display window of department store. The display was different every time I came here.

甜點櫃就跟百貨公司的櫥窗一樣，每次來都有不同的布置，是個很注重細節的餐廳哪～

The open drink bar looks pretty clean.

門口開放式的飲料吧看起來相當乾淨，讓人很放心。

The interior decorating style was stylish, slightly luxurious style, with light from a whole plate glass. The bright and comfortable space made me want to stay for the whole afternoon.

You can see the open landscape if you are luck to sit by window. It is a great enjoyment to have good food and beautiful scenery.

他們家的裝潢，走的是時尚略帶奢華的風格，採光自一整片的帷幕玻璃，明亮舒服的空間，讓人坐一下午都不想走。

有幸坐在窗邊位置的話，可以看到開闊的景觀，美食加美景，真是一大享受。

Without the good view outside the window, I still feel it was a good place with full designed space and comfortable environment to enjoy afternoon tea or dinner .

靠牆的位置雖然缺少了高樓景觀，設計感十足的空間和舒適的座椅，不論是用餐還是享受下午茶都令人心曠神怡。

There was a wall designed with a black and white photo of Paris street scene. The wall looked very literary and made me have the illusion that I was in Europe.

餐廳中有一整面牆，設計成巴黎的街景，黑白的照片，把牆面妝點得看起來很有文藝氣質。

坐在這面牆前面，有身在歐洲的時空交錯感。我想，坐在這裡拍穿搭照應該會很有感覺。

They care about the quality of dining so that they co-operate with UCC coffee and Movenpick ice cream to make sure their dessert and drink stay up to a certain level.

德爾芙除了裝潢空間講究之外，對於餐飲的品質也絲毫不馬虎。

他們和日本UCC咖啡及莫凡彼冰淇淋合作，確保甜點飲料維持一定的水準。

Their menu looked like a newpaper which is interesting and well-designed. They really care about every detail attentively.

menu做成報紙的樣子，既有趣又有設計感，真的是每個細節都很用心哪～

I have been to de reve cafe a couple of times. I will introduce their dessert and drink this time.

我後來又來了幾次，所以就先跟大家介紹這幾次點的飲料和甜點，主餐就等下次再跟大家分享。

接下來就來看看下午茶餐點的表現如何吧～

雲朵歐蕾

The upper cloud shape was formed with Italian icing and lemon juice. Then baked to color it and become slightly crisp surface. It tasted like a cotton candy which melted in your mouth.

It reminded me the movie 'Walking in the cloud".

這絕對是款顏值戰勝一切的咖啡。

上層的雲朵是用義式蛋白糖霜加上檸檬汁打至發泡，再略烤上色，就成了表面略微酥脆的糖霜雲朵，卻又像棉花糖一般入口即化，口感很特別。

層層疊疊的雲朵特殊造型，讓人想漫步在雲端，看起來是不是很誘人？

The Cloud Cafe au lait brew by UCC coffee. The aroma of coffee and rich milk mixed with slightly fragrance of lemon. You could stir the icing cloud with coffee so that the coffe would be perfectly sweet.

歐蕾咖啡使用了UCC咖啡豆，咖啡香加上濃醇的牛奶，還帶有一點淡淡的檸檬香氣。

喝時可以將糖霜跟咖啡混在一起喝，三者融合的味道香醇又不甜膩。

義式魔幻咖啡

Cafe au lait with chocolate latte art on it was so beautiful and full of the aroma of chocolate.

咖啡歐蕾加上巧克力醬雕成的美麗拉花，除了賞心悅目之外，又增添了巧克力的香氣。

綜合水果汁

The juice was squeezed with a variety of fresh fruit, such as kiwi, grapes and banana. It was sweet and sour, tasted smooth and refreshing.

It was made with 100% fruits without extra sugar so that it was healthy and would not increase physical burden.

You could complement the fiber from fruits which is the best choice for girls who want to have good looking.

果汁由多種水果鮮榨而成，有蘋果、奇異果、葡萄、香蕉，入口酸甜，滑順爽口。

100%純果汁，沒有另外加糖，健康無負擔，還可以補充水果的纖維，是愛美女孩兒的最佳選擇。

有機蘋果花茶

There were organic apple, mango, pineapple and calendula in the scented tea. It was decaf so that you didn't need to worry about your sleeping quality at night.

花茶裡面放了蘋果、芒果、鳳梨、金盞花，水果和花辦交織而成的香氣宜人。

這款花茶裡面沒有茶葉，不含咖啡因，所以即使晚上飲用也不用怕影響睡眠。

倒茶的時候，可以使用茶具中的濾網來濾掉惱人的渣，好貼心哪～

蜜糖雪戀圓舞曲

The Honey Toast was a must order dessert which was made with Movenpick ice cream and toast, decorated with fresh fruits. I tried to convince myself that It was healthy to eat the dessert with fruits so that I wouldn't feel too guilty.

I choosed the one with lemon ice cream so that it wouldn't be too sweet.

Toast was coated with sweet maple syrup. Raspberry jam was put on lemon ice cream so that it tasted sweet and sour. You can eat rich layers of this dessert.

Unfortunately, the toast was a little too hard, It was not so easy to make the outer layer crisp and soft inside!

The Honey Toast was too big for on person. I would think it's perfect for two or three girls. Unless you have a big stomach and you don't worry about your body shape at all.

德爾芙的蜜糖吐司使用的是莫凡彼冰淇淋，當然是必點的甜點之一。

平常我就不喜歡吃太甜，所以我刻意選擇了以檸檬冰淇淋為主體的蜜糖雪戀圓舞曲，在香甜中帶有檸檬酸味，清爽解膩。

吐司塗上香甜的楓糖漿，酸甜濃郁的檸檬冰淇淋淋上覆盆子果醬，酸與甜交織成極有層次的味道。

搭配新鮮水果，感覺上好像比較健康，減少一點罪惡感。（完全就是找藉口自我催眠，呵～）

可惜的是吐司本體有點硬，要做到外層酥脆內層鬆軟真的沒有那麼容易啊！

一份蜜糖吐司可以讓2~3個女孩兒一同享用，千萬不要輕易自己挑戰一整份蜜糖吐司，對不起胃也對不起身材呢！

I couldn't stuff in anything after I finished the Honey Toast. Maybe I can try the tower dessert set next time.

吃完蜜糖吐司，我的胃已經裝不下任何東西了。

可是還是對夢幻的鐵塔甜點套餐念念不忘啊！下次一定要約姊妹淘來這個我新發現的好地方享受一番。

The tower keychain was a gift for guests who checked-in on Facebook and left comments.

我去的時候有打卡送鐵塔鑰匙圈的活動，當然要把握機會把可愛的小鐵塔帶回家囉～

There are a couple of branches including Taichung and Kaohsiung. So it was convenient for people who live in the south of Taiwan to visit De reve Cafe.

I was satisfied about their food, environment and service of De reve Cafe so that I will definitely visit them again.

除了板橋大遠百店，德爾芙在台中高雄都有分店，住在中南部的朋友也可以去坐坐喔！

綜合今天吃下午茶的感想，對德爾芙注重種種細節的用心，真的是讚不絕口～

不只環境舒適，飲料和甜點的口味都十分細膩，讓人百吃不厭。

店裡的服務人員溫和有禮笑臉迎人，在這裡消費有被當作上賓的感覺。
