▫️50 grams wholemeal pasta spirals, uncooked
▫️90 grams tinned tuna in water
▫️1 tbsp reduced-fat Greek natural yoghurt
▫️1 tsp lemon juice
▫️1/2 green capsicum
▫️1 stalk celery
▫️1/3 cup corn kernels, fresh or tinned
Prepare the spiral pasta as per the packet instructions until 'al dente'.
Combine the yoghurt with the lemon juice and stir through the drained tuna and place in a serving bowl.
Chop the capsicum and celery into thin slices and add to the bowl with the tuna.
Add the corn kernels and season with salt and pepper.
When the pasta is cooked and cooled, add to the salad and combine well before serving.
