Thanks. If you tag a post as "#introduceyourself' you will get a lot of new views, votes and probably several new followers. Then those new followers will be more likely to see future posts. You aren't getting enough views right now.

Also, if you do too many posts in the same day, people may not want to spread their votes out that thin. It is limited the # of post that we can vote out without diluting our voting power that much. If you do one great post, you may get 100% votes, but if you do 6 posts per day a person might give you only a 20% vote on each post.
