I went vegan 1 year ago and a lot of people were talking about that you should eat 10 bananas for breakfast and 1kg of rice for lunch. Just eat whatever the hell you want which caused me to overeat. Like you said, I always saw food as the enemy but overtime my attitude towards food changed and now I'm seeing it as something that fuels my body. Great informational post!
