Fried delicious 香煎鳕鱼

鳕鱼是我喜爱吃的鱼类,因为它肉质细嫩,美味可口。今天晚上做了个香煎鳕鱼,虽然做的不是很熟练,但是鳕鱼的味道真是好极了。

材料:
鳕鱼 两大块
料酒
葱姜
黑胡椒粉


鸡蛋
淀粉

茭瓜
红辣椒

做法:

将鳕鱼洗净,切成薄片

用料酒,盐,葱姜,黑胡椒 盐,少许糖,腌制20分钟。

打一个鸡蛋,放入淀粉,调成糊状。


将鳕鱼片蘸着蛋清糊,放到预热好的电饼铛上两面煎烤。 4分钟后就可以食用了。

鳕鱼肉质细嫩,鲜香可口,据资料说比三文鱼,带鱼等更有营养,且脂肪含量低,是非常好的健康减肥食品。 不过全世界目前鳕鱼的数量在减少,还是需要人类保护环境,保护鳕鱼得生存空间哦!
