Roasted Chicken Or Pork Liempo, The Alternate Dishes Of A Busy Filipino Home

This is the store from our house where I used to buy either roasted chicken or roasted pork belly. In most cases, we buy because there is no enough time to cook especially if everybody in the house are all busy or if there is no available raw ingredients to cook. In sometimes, unexpected visitors may arrive and the best food to offer are these. When work overtime is rendered, the choice would be these food.

Not only we ended up having these dishes because of no enough time for cooking but also because of their satisfying taste. Sometimes, we love to include them in our dining table because of craving.

The fact is that roasting is one of the expertise of Filipinos in terms of preparing food. Family celebrations which is most likely to happen in a Filipino household like birthdays, anniversaries, fiestas, thanksgiving, etc. a roasted pork is the highlight. It's not only a franchised store like this azures delicious roasted products but also even a small roasting family business as I said earlier that most Filipinos are expert in roasting.

So here now, a roasted chicken is ready because mommy came late from school and I texted that we don't have something to cook for dinner. Let's eat now.
