Cheese muffins
The recipe for a vegetarian cuisine. Cheese keksiki-muffins, which are
cooked only 20-25 minutes.
275 g of flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. mustard powder
100 ml of milk
150 ml of natural yoghurt or fatty yogurt
6 tablespoons vegetable oil
100 grams of cheese without abomasum (half grate, half-diced)
Heat the oven to 180 ° C.
Mix flour with baking powder, salt and mustard powder.
Separately mix the milk, kefir (yogurt), vegetable oil and cheese.
Combine both mixtures and mix well.
Fill molds with 2/3 test.
Bake for about 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
