YUM! I am sure even my husband - who loves the sugar and refined flour version of carrotcake - will enjoy this! That papaya is such a different and GOOD idea. Love your photos
I don't think you would actually notice much of a difference, since dried fruits like the raisins give raw desserts such a nice and fruity sweetness. Thank you, the papaya adds a little extra freshness to it and the spicy ginger is a pretty exciting surprise in this cake.😉
