PANEER SANDWICH || Recipe
Hi friends, how are you all of you. Today i am here with another tasty recipe. Hope you all like it.

For Person :- 2
Cooking Time :- 15 minutes
INGREDIENTS
• Paneer :- 1 cup
• Butter :- 1 spoon
• Chopped onion :- 1
• Chopped green chilli :- 2
• Chopped tomato :- 2
• Turmeric powder :- 1/4 spoon
• Red chilli powder :- 1/2 spoon
• Bread :- 4 slices
• Salt :- as per tast
• Refined oil :- 2 spoon
METHOD
• Take a pan on flame and put butter. After melting of butter , put onion and green chilli and fry it until onion looks golden.
• After that put tomato, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt into the pan and mix it.
• After that put grated paneer into pan and mix it well. And cook it for 3 to 4 minutes on low flame.
• Switch off the flame and leave the mixture for cooling.
• Put two slices of bread on plate and put the mixture of paneer on the bread slices and apply well.
• Cover those slices with remaining two slices and after that take a pan abd put refined oil on it and after that put prepared sandwich on it and cook it until it look crispy and golden on slow flame.
• After that your paneer sandwich is ready , serve it with tomato sauce and enjoy.
