I don’t know about you, but I am a big fan of burgers and fries. The combination of beef and potatoes is a winning one for sure.
I try to eat fast food sparingly, so I will often grill fresh beef burgers at home as a healthier alternative. Here is a recent burger and fries at home:
I prefer my hamburgers to be a bit fattier – 80/20 lean is the right way to do it. I form the beef patties by hand, which allow me to get the right size for each person – small size for the kids, medium size for my wife, and super-sized for me!
