[EASY DAILY FOOD] It's getting colder. It's time to eat a fish cake soup. / recipe / photography / Food photography / Recommended for people who travel as a food and travel writer.
It is a fish cake soup called oden tang. This is a very easy and useful cooking. This soup is good for your main dish when you enjoy with your friends. It's also good for drinking, especially for drinking a Korean So-ju and Japanese Sake. It is able to make a fried cooking with oden, a soup and a salad. Oden is one of good public foods. There are many Oden Bars. There are also, many open-air street stores which are selling oden with a junk food on the street. An oden snack store opened recently. They sell a various Korean style taste oden at the store. If you have any chance to travel around Korea, I recommend to stop by any oden bars and oden stores. You will love them.
It will look like this in about 5 minutes. The soup is ready now :)
