Turkey with pumpkin, zucchini and mushrooms

Autumn is pumpkin time. Of pumpkin we can cooked a poridge. Pumpkin can be baked in the oven. Of pumpkin even cook pilaf. A very versatile product!
Today we will cook a dish with pumpkin in Pan-Asiatic style.

Cooking time: 20 min.
Number of servings: 2-3
Ingredients:
- Zucchini, 1 PC.
- Carrots, 100 gr.
- Mushrooms, 100 gr.
- Turkey breast (cut into cubes), 360 gr.
- Pumpkin, 300 gr.
- Sesame oil, 10 ml
- Sesame black, 3 gr.
- Soy sauce, 30 ml
- Cilantro
- Black pepper
- Vegetable oil
- Salt
Peel the pumpkin and carrots and cut into strips. Zucchini also.
Mushrooms cut into plates, cilantro-finely.
Mix half the sesame oil, soy sauce and 50 ml of water.
Heat the remaining sesame oil in a pan and fry the Turkey for two minutes over high heat.
Add the mushrooms and fry for two minutes.
Add the vegetables and fry for five minutes.
Add the soy sauce with butter, stir for five minutes, add to taste, add cilantro, sesame, stir and remove from heat.
Serve.
