Ham and Brussels sprouts pie

Today we will cook dish, which can be called "My first pie." He is simple, fast and with a guaranteed tasty result.

Ingredients:
- Brussels sprouts, 300 gr.
- Flour, 150 gr.
- Eggs, 7 PCs.
- Onions, 1 PC.
- Ham, 50 gr.
- Garlic, 2-3 cloves
- Dill
- Black pepper
- Vegetable oil, 150 ml
- Salt
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Boil 2 eggs for 10 min, cool under cold water, clean and cut into small cubes.
Mix the remaining 5 eggs with flour, vegetable oil, a pinch of salt and leave alone for 10-15 minutes.
Brussels sprouts cut into quarters and try. If bitter, put it in boiling salted water for five minutes. If and after this bitterness, we all throw away and order pizza neatly cut out central part (precisely core of gives bitterness).
You can use white cabbage. To do this, cut it into small fragments and boil in salted water for ten minutes.
Onions cut into cubes, ham in small pieces, dill and garlic finely chop.
Heat a little vegetable oil and fry the Ham and onion over high heat for 2.5 minutes.
Add the Brussels sprouts and garlic, fry for a minute.
Add cutted eggs, dill, 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, salt/pepper to taste, stir and remove from heat.
Put baking parchment in a baking-form (you can without him, but grease the form with oil). Stir the dough and pour half.
Put the filling.
Pour the remaining dough and bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes.
Cool slightly and serve.
